Our Staff
Front Office:    
     
     Della is our office manager and has been with us since 1989. Della is our resident insurance expert, so all your questions should go to her, if she doesn’t know the answer she will find out. Della enjoys arts and crafts, reading, working out at the gym, and gardening. She has been married for 27 years and recently became a grandmother for the first time.

       Lyn joined our staff as a receptionist in March of 2003.  Although Lyn is a graduate of ROP dental assisting, we have entrusted her with appointing patients and greeting everyone who comes to our office.  Lyn enjoys scrap booking, reading, spending time with her eight grandchildren, and recently started joining Lida at the gym.

Hygiene:    
     
       Lida is one of our three hygienists, and the only one full-time.  Lida recently completed a certificate course in treating patients with special needs, and is also educated in dental soft tissue laser use.  Lida is married with two kids, Marcus and Sarah, and can be found nearly every morning at the 24 hour fitness.

       Mary is one of our three hygienists and has been with us since early 2002.  Mary has been married for 24 years and has four kids ages: 18, 16, 11, 9.  Mary graduated from the Loma Linda University hygiene program in 1978, and received a BA in Sociology from UCLA in 1981.  in her spare time Mary enjoys scrap booking, golfing, and traveling .

Assistants:    
     
      Jodie is one of Dr Bougher’s dental assistants and has worked for us since June of 2000.  Jodie is the mother of two boys, Joseph and Nick.  She enjoys cooking, working out, and walking on the beach.

      Jill has been with us since 1990 as a dental assistant for Dr Howard.  Jill received her training from ROP and has two beautiful daughters, Carissa and Jenna.  Jill enjoys Country Western dancing and dining out with the special man in her life, reading, movies, shopping, and watching her daughters dance performances.

       Nicole is one of our newest dental assistants, she has been with us since August of 2005 working with Dr. Bougher.   Nicole grew up right here in Spring Valley attending Steele Canyon High and graduating form Monte Vista.  She received her training at the Grossmont Health Occupation center and intends to continue school with the goal of becoming a dental hygienist.  In her spare time, Nicole enjoys shopping, going to movies, and spending time with her boyfriend.

      Destiny is our most recent addition, having strarted assisting Dr. Howard in early 2006.
