Dr. Howard was raised here in Spring Valley and attended Highlands Elementary, Spring Valley

Jr. High and Monte Vista High School. Dr. Howard graduated from UCLA in 1994 and then earned his DDS at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. He has a wife (Andrea) and a son (Paul). The Howard family lives in Crown Point and enjoys beach living. Dr. Howard is an avid sports fan and loves to surf and golf. Dr. Howard is a member of the CDA, ADA and SDCDS
