Payment Policy

Full payment of the patient’s portion is expected at the time services are rendered.

 

We understand that your insurance may make a payment and we will estimate your portion. Once the insurance has made their payment we will send you a statement for the remaining balance or, if you request, a check for a refund.

 

Your options for payment include:

• Cash, check, or credit card for the full amount on the day of service.
• 50% down on the first appointment and the remaining 50% when treatment has been completed.
• 50 % down and the remaining balance paid monthly.
• Care Credit, a financing option which allows you to spread your payments for up to 18 months interest free, as long as the balance is paid by the end of the promotional period.  CareCredit also offers extended payment periods of up to 48 months with low interest rates.
